I am 60 years young, Irish, live close to nature in a valley town called Clonmel, which is surrounded by beautiful hills and mountains. I also have a space, at Hook Head,which is out on the edge in one of the wildest most elemental parts of the world.

I am an Integral Business Mentor, and a Process [Open Space] Facilitator and for 30 years I have been consciously connected to the interior space and living life from the spiritual context.

My work and practice has gradually evolved  to fully integrate this awareness and its expression in the way I work and interact with clients. I have over recent years gained a lot of experience of working with shaping collective fields of consciousness, and evolving inter-subjective  relating capacities.

My passion is Making the Connection to evolve and raise the collective pool of consciousness. This ‘connection' is the ‘common ground' of the spirit, that open space of consciousness  that we are, when fully Present and not identified with our thoughts.

In our modern world we have become very disconnected from each other and rely on language and cognition to make connections and build agreement.This is especially the case here in Ireland, and so my particular quest is to evolve our capacity to make the heart connection with each other and facilitate the process through dialogue and the creation of a new social grammar.  

The passion to connect is ultimately a complete integration with the whole of life, though the sheer joy of being consciously aware of its many forms. My practice is daily meditation, immersion whenever possible in nature through swimming, cycling, gardening, and then there is dance[as in connected dancing] , music, creative expression through photography  and that's not to forget ‘making connections of course bonhomie!
